Services are provided in English and French. The program/service currently serves children aged 0-19. The program/service provides support and/or care for Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Infectious Diseases (i.e. HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C), Neurological Disorders, Renal Disease, Respiratory Disease, Care for all conditions, Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement, Emotional/Spiritual Support, and Perinatal Hospice Care. We provide support and assist in planning for children antenatally who are expected to have a life limiting condition.
