Cancellation Policy
Full Refund until May 31, 2025:
Refunds will be issued in full for requests received on or before May 31, 2025. Requests must be submitted in writing to
[email protected]. Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund.
Partial Refund (with processing fee) until August 31, 2025:
Partial refunds (50%) will be issued for requests received between June 1 and August 31, 2025. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts. No refunds will be issued after August 31, 2025. Requests must be submitted in writing to
[email protected]. Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund.
No Refund (transfer allowed) on or after September 1, 2025:
No refunds will be issued for requests received on or after September 1, 2025. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your registration to another person. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
Transfer Requests:
Transfers requested on or before July 31, 2025 will be processed free of charge. Transfers requested on or after August 1, 2025 are subject to a $75 fee. Transfers requested within seven (7) business days of the event may result in delayed access to registration materials and may require additional onsite steps. CHPCA will make every effort to accommodate these requests as quickly as possible.
Event Postponement or Cancellation:
If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be honoured on the new date or refunded at CHPCA’s discretion. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
