Promote palliative care programs in the catchment area of the Sacred Heart Community Health Centre by providing education for the public and training programs and creating a safe and accessible space to understand and navigate grief and provide opportunities for individuals and families to talk about end of life. We also offer professional development programs for our volunteers.
